We are 100% transparent with our charges and have a clear, upfront, open and honest pricing system.

All work carried out comes with an unconditional 12-month Guarantee.​

We charge from when we arrive at the property to when we have completed the work.

For most tasks, we will give a fixed price quote.

Other Charges:

Material collection by tradesperson if required to collect extra materials for clients job.  

There is a very modest charge for any extra materials used and we’ll always tell you what that will be.

A £10.00 transportation charge will be applied to cover transport costs when collecting these materials.

Customers in central areas will have to cover any parking charges due.​

​Estimates can be provided by the engineer or an estimator before work commences.

Payment must be made in full to the engineer upon completion of the works.

Receipts and will be provided upon completion of the payment.
